This is a very good condition Ludwig Acrolite in Black Galaxy Sparkle, also known as "Blacrolites". Aluminum shell with the beautiful "galaxy" coating (black with sparkles). What makes this specimen unique is that it is outfitted with Ludwig's Imperial Lugs typically used in the LM400s and 402s, also known as Supraphonic models. Based on our observations and extensive experience, we believe these lugs to be factory installed, but can't be 100% certain.
Black and White badge serial number 6299691. Factory large knob tone muffler as well as P-85 strainer. Everything functions factory-perfectly and the drum sounds awesome, as it should. Ready for the stage or studio!
There is minor corrosion here and there on the hoops; if it weren't for that, we would classify the condition as excellent to mint.
