THE BOOM CRD

A major breakthrough for drums and drummers, the BOOM CRD™ (Compound Resonance Driver™) is an advanced acoustic drum accessory that utilizes state-of-the-art technology to actively amplify the tone and tonal quality of any bass drum—increasing and enhancing the drum’s fundamental, low, mid and high frequencies. The device also adds mass and dampening to the bass drum head to create a fatter, fuller, more focused sound in studio and live situations. HOW IT WORKS

The BOOM CRD™ functions like a drumhead at a lower frequency that you apply to your drumhead. It has a resonance of its own that combines with and multiplies the resonance of the head to which it is applied. This controlled chain reaction provides a bass drum sound that breathes. Because there is no port tube, there is no attenuation of the high frequencies.

In addition, the BOOM is extremely easy to install, versatile and portable due to its innovative, magnetic mounting system.
